The Service provides an automated call assistant designed for both small companies and individuals, helping manage incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about products and services, managing inventories, and scheduling appointments. 4. Use of the Service

4.1. Eligibility

5. Payment and Billing

5.1. Pricing Structure

The Service is billed at a rate of $0.20 per minute of use for incoming and outgoing calls. Minutes are counted from when a call is answered by the assistant until the interaction ends.

5.2. Billing

Invoices are issued weekly for customers who have reached a minimum of $5 in Service usage. If the amount is not reached in a week, billing will accumulate for the next week. Full minutes are always rounded up.

5.3. Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payments through authorized platforms. All payments must be made in US dollars.

5.4. Taxes

The indicated prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes related to the use of the Service, including but not limited to VAT, sales taxes, and other local taxes.

5.5. Refund Policies

Given the nature of the Service, refunds are not allowed once the Service has been provided. However, if you believe there has been a billing error, you can contact us within 30 days of the corresponding invoice to investigate the matter.
