Once you click on the 'Access' button in the top menu, you will access the application. Authentication will only require a valid email that you must confirm. Then, the system will take you to a page where you must select the country where you will use the service. This will be used to provide you with a regional number. Additionally, you must accept the terms and conditions. After that, you will be able to access the system.

When you access the assistant section, you will find a form where the basic data is mostly preconfigured. You will only need to adjust them to your liking. This includes a welcome message, a descriptive text of your activity for the assistant to take into account, and a set of questions and answers that will be the basis of the assistant's responses. You can also include the information in the form of text files such as PDF, Word, and TXT.

Payments are made on a weekly cycle. Every Monday, the previous week is billed. The amount is calculated as (total call time multiplied by 0.2). No advance payment is required; you only pay for what you consume, and you can stop the service at any time.

Payments are made through the Stripe payment gateway. Our servers do not store any banking data. The Stripe payment gateway, which is highly reputable and has high security standards, handles the data and payment procedure. All information between our page and the Stripe server travels encrypted.

If you already have a phone number, you only need to forward the calls to the number we provide. This has several advantages: you can activate or deactivate our service at any time, make partial use of the service (although we recommend leaving the assistant full-time), or forward calls if your phone is off, out of coverage area, busy, or during non-working hours or weekends. Amazing, right?
